How to view past invoices or payments

You can view your past subscription payments and billing details directly from your profile page.

To access your billing history, log in to your account and navigate to your profile or billing section. Your subscription information and past payment records are displayed there, including billing dates and payment amounts.

In addition to viewing billing information on your profile page, a receipt is automatically emailed to the address on file each time your subscription renews. These monthly receipts serve as official confirmation of payment and can be used for record keeping or reimbursement purposes.

While all payment processing is securely handled through Stripe, you do not need to log in to Stripe to view your billing history. Next Chapters displays your relevant payment information within your account for convenience.

If you do not see an expected payment record, confirm that you are logged into the correct account and that the subscription was active during that billing period. If something appears incorrect, contact support for assistance.

Viewing invoices or billing history does not affect your subscription status. It is for reference and documentation only.
