How to access your most recent work
Next Chapters separates your most recent chapter work from your most recent books so you can return to what you were actively writing without having to search.
When you log in, you are taken to your dashboard. If you have a draft chapter in progress, it will appear in your task list at the top of the page. This allows you to resume writing that chapter directly with a single click.

Finding your most recent chapter
The task list on your dashboard is the fastest way to return to an unfinished chapter. Any chapter you have started but not submitted will appear there until it is completed or submitted.
You can also view all of your chapters by selecting My Chapters from the main navigation. This page shows every chapter you have written across all books, listed from newest to oldest, regardless of whether the book is private, group-based, or a community project.

Finding your most recent books
Your dashboard also displays the books you are part of. Books are grouped into sections based on their type and your relationship to them.
Private books appear first, followed by group books, and then community books. Within each section, books are ordered from most recent to oldest based on activity.
Selecting a book from the dashboard takes you into that book’s workspace, where you can read, write, or manage chapters depending on your role.
You can also view your full book list by selecting My Books from the main navigation. This page shows the same categories and ordering as the dashboard, allowing you to browse all of your books in one place.

If you do not see any books or chapters listed, it means you have not yet created a book or started writing. Once you do, your dashboard, book list, and chapter list will update automatically.
