How do I cancel my paid membership / subscription?

If you wish to cancel your paid subscription to Next Chapters, start by clicking on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the Next Chapters platform. This will take you to your billing page (https://books.nextchapters.com/billing)

In order to turn off your subscription and cancel renewal, just scroll down to the "Cancel Subscription" section near the bottom of this page. You can cancel your subscription simply by clicking the "cancel subscription" button here.
